SWFL Mer-Maids was started in SW Florida by a married Real Estate couple as a way of providing more service to many out of state home owners and investors. The idea started as a service to help clients operating short term rentals and others that needed a better way of keeping an eye on their second homes and investment properties. We have since opened up our services to anyone interested in our residential and commercial services. ​
At SWFL Mer-Maids we are passionate about providing full service to all of our clients. We offer convenient and affordable cleaning and supervision services.
Our SUPERVISION SERVICES include anything from a quick drive-by of the properties to a full service scheduled checkup. Our scheduled checkups are as simple or involved as our clients request.
Our CLEANING SERVICES are offered in a variety of packages. We offer first time cleaning, after party cleaning, deep cleaning, weekly and monthly cleanings. These services are available for residential and commercial clients.
